After a month of attempting to get my insurance company to take care of my bills and my motorcycle I quite reluctantly called JD Lewis at the recommendation of a friend. As a nurse I was very hesitant to involve an attorney in a process that I thought should be straight forward as I was well insured. JD was pleasant and understanding, however, he did tell me that I could have saved myself a great deal of time and extreme aggravation if I would have called him sooner. He was correct. He and his associate Laura took over and my aggravation was finished. My motorcycle was replaced by June and my bills were paid with nice compensation for me. I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency they practice at and the compassion they showed o myself and my partner. Unfortunately this is not my first experience when circumstance required my need for legal representation. Twice I've asked JD for assistance with positive result. Most recently I tasked him with responsibility of challenging a retail giant whose safety policies were dire and resulted in myself experiencing serious long term health issues. This firm, while not appearing to be, stepped up and procured a favorable outcome. I am able to plan for health issues yet to come due to the Lewis Law Firm and due to an obvious due diligence that was not always obvious. The front desk associate, Diane and paralegal Laura have always been upbeat and offer a positive spin to an otherwise overwhelming process. You truely cannot judge a book by it's cover.
